GIL Consultancy Pte Ltd was incorporated in 19 June 2006. It was formerly operating as GIL Consultancy since April 1999. Being a proactive and reactive company gil.training was formed in October 2005. gil.training is positioned to provide focused training in the area of IT empowerment, personal effectiveness, and security awareness.

The founder of GIL Consultancy Pte Ltd, was the key course developer and trainer for the Ministry of Education’s (Singapore) efforts to equip school teachers with IT skills in 1993. He received a letter of commendation for the excellent work and results.

He was also engaged by education and learning centres to develop courses. These include:

• Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM)
• Wills Training Centre

Amongst many courses developed, the Web Design in HTML was used as the training content for trainee teachers in the National Institute of Education, Singapore from 1998 to 2000.

In April 1999, GIL Consultancy was formed. Our training focus was primarily for schools to equip students with relevant and practical IT skills. With engagements from the Anglo Chinese Junior College, GIL Consultancy was soon engaged by the Knowledge Village Pte Ltd to train students from the Crescent Girls’ School and Fuchun Primary School.

The reputation of GIL Consultancy grew in the training industry; we were engaged by Amplios Consultants Pte Ltd to provide regional support to the Microsoft Singapore to develop the training contents and to deliver training for their Customer Relations Management System in 2001.

Today, GIL Consultancy is a major training resource and training content provider to companies and training organizations such as:
