The speaker was a programmer at NASA’s (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) CELSS Research Centre. He was involved in the research and development of state-of-the-art encryption technologies.
Currently providing consulting services to various government ministries in Singapore on Internet and System Security in areas on Cryptography, Public Key Infrastructure, Digital Identity, Internet Security, IP Security, Distributed Intrusion Detection, Secure transactions for Electronic Commerce, and Forensic studies on Intruded Networks and Systems.
With his extensive security knowledge, he was the main architect of various software packages developed for and used by major Singapore Government ministries and agencies to protect their highly sensitive data such as the development of a secured email system and secured knowledge management for the Government of Singapore.
The speaker is a regular speaker at computer security seminars where he shares his views and knowledge with others. |
